FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Gratuities: Our salon team graciously accepts gratuities via cash or e-transfer gratuities. We do accept Visa and Mastercard payments for services, however we are unable to process gratuities on top of credit card payments.

Cancellation Policy: If you need to change or cancel your appointment, please give us as much notice as humanly possible. We require at least 48 hours notice or a 50% cancellation fee will be applied to all pre-booked appointments. All changes and cancellations must be made directly by telephone to the CRAFT location you have booked with. Locations & Hours

Booking Deposits: Certain services over 2 hours will require the client to pay a non-refundable $50 deposit prior to securing the CRAFT Team Member’s time slot. The amount will be deducted from your final bill when you are invoiced at the end of your service. Deposits can be made by credit card over the phone or via e-transfer at ilovethecraft@gmail.com.

Parking: Our East Van location offers free parking to our guests. Just allow additional time in your travels to snag a spot.

Makeup: If you require makeup for your special occasion, please call the location that suits you best to discuss your needs. Locations & Hours

Product Returns: If you are not completely satisfied with your retail purchase, you are welcome to exchange it up to 14 days following your purchase, or receive a credit for future retail purchases (cannot be used for services). Jewelry, accessories, tools and makeup/skin care products are final sale.

Cell Phones: We want your salon experience to be an opportunity to relax, so we request that cell phones and other electronic devices by silenced or turned off so as not to disturb other guests.

Children: We love children! We even have some of our own! However, our relaxing salon ambiance is often a get-away (often for mom’s enjoying some time away from their little people), so we ask that you please assist your child in respecting our space and other guests. Do not hesitate to as us to give you a hand if you need it. Due to COVID capacity limitations, we are requesting that child care be arranged outside of the salon.

Dogs: If you have any allergies or aversion to dogs please don’t hesitate to let us know prior to your visit. You are welcome to bring your well-behaved (socialized) dog to the salon with your if you’re so inclined. If you are visiting our east Van location, we ask that you check prior to bringing your dog with you, as one of our team members has an allergy to dogs. Thank you.

OPEN CHAIR POLICY: If you are unable to find an appointment with your particular stylist, you are welcome to book with any other CRAFT Team Member you wish. You are our priority and we all aim to serve everyone’s guests, not only our own.
